Selling your home is an emotional time.  There's often sentimental attachments that can cloud a seller's judgement.  Plus, accommodating showings and processing negative feedback can be frustrating.  I can help you keep this process in perspective.  Additionally, I'll give you lots of inexpensive to free staging tips to improve your home's show quality and advise you on pricing for the current market and comparable sales so you can get the very best price for your home.

The best time to sell
Any time of year presents selling opportunities so the best time to sell is the time when you are ready to move.  There's generally more buyer foot traffic in the spring and summer markets but there's more competing listings at that time as well.  In the fall and winter months, you'll see less showings but the buyers who are out tend to be more serious buyers that want or need to move.   Thursday is great time of the week to list so that you can take advantage of weekend showings and attract lots of attention from buyers looking for new listings.
